The directors of Priory set up Millbank Holdings in 1996 after the acquisition of the MDA Group. Millbank has enjoyed ongoing expansion and now offers expertise within the areas of Commercial, Production & Industrial, Engineering, Scientific, Technical and Rail recruitment and Project Management.

MDA Rail Limited MDA Rail Limited provides for full Possession Planning, Possession Management, P-Way Engineering and the provision of Safety Critical Staff in addition to the supply of design/ engineering and associated support staff. MDA Rail is the main subcontractor to Network Rail for the West Coast Mainline from Staffrodshire up to the Scottish borders.
