24.04.06 For he's a jolly good fellow..... Nigel French – Senior Recruitment Manager from our Technical & Engineering division recently received his Fellowship accreditation from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). This is a huge milestone for him and the Millbank Group as there are only 480 fellows in the whole of the UK. Nigel joined Priory Design part of the Millbank Group in 1990 and has extensive experience of the Technical and Engineering markets. David Hopley (MD) says “the Fellowship is an excellent way of differentiating yourself in a highly competitive industry and demonstrates ones commitment and progression as a professional recruiter”
10.10.2005 MDA Rail achieve City & Guilds centre status Following a rigorous application procedure MDA Rail have achieved City&Guilds centre status. The Lead Verifier for C&G completed the final approval visit on the 7th October 2005, this will now enable MDA Rail to offer A1/A2 (7317) and Learning & Development Level 3 (7318) training and certification, and within the 7318 suite are various mini awards. The training team have all been approved as assessors for these awards, with Geoff Walker as Internal Verifier and Ian Rowley as Quality co-ordinator. Ian Rowley, Training Manager say’s “ the whole team is excited and looking forward to delivering this type of training and development"
01.08.05 Millbank Holdings tie up deal with Aston Martin Priory Design Services, the engineering recruitment division of Millbank Holdings, are proud to announce that they have signed a long term agreement with Aston Martin Lagonda to provide them with engineering and design consultants. Millbank has a long standing relationship with AML and is very honoured to become a Preferred Supplier to such a prestigious company. Commenting on the deal, Alan Johnson, the AML account manager, said today "this deal further enhances our relationship with AML's engineering and technical departments, and we look foward to continuing to provide the levels of service that they have come to expect from us."
20.06.05 More awards for MDA Rail Training Ian Rowley and his training team have been awarded the prestigious ‘Track Safety Training Provider of the Year 2005’ (1-5 category) MDA Rail training was selected, from a short list of 4 training companies and Network Rail at the National Training and Competence Conference at the Birmingham Motorcycle Museum presented them with their award on 1 st July. They were presented with a cut glass trophy, certificate, and a free DVD containing the next issue of new Railway safety training and assessment plans. Network Rail, also presented Linzi Hosier, with the ‘John Lawrence NCCA Co-ordinator of the Year 2005’ award, for her contribution towards the administration support given to MDA Rail training and Network Rail. Ian said he was very proud to have been given these awards as it demonstrated all the hard work put in by the training team. He said he would like to thank his team, Geoff Walker, Richie Ellis, Gary Benco and Linzi Hosier for a superb effort.
14.03.05 Priory Design achieve milestone assignment Priory Design Services, the Technical & Engineering recruitment division of Millbank Holdings Limited, have today announced the successful placement of their 1000th contractor this year. David Hopley (MD) says "this milestone target is a testament to the dedications and hardwork of the consultant and an indication of the value that our client place in using our services"
11.02.05 Investors In People award MDA Rail Training are pleased to announce that they have recently been awarded "Investors In People". The team (from left ot right: Geoff Walker, Ian Rowley, Linzi Hosier, Richie Ellis & Mike Cook) were presented with the award at a recent ceremony at the Holiday Inn in Liverpool. Ian Rowley (Training Manager) says "I would like to thank all of the training department and David (Hopley) for all their hard work in the past, and I'm sure in the future in helping MDA Rail Training to achieve this prestigious award."
02.02.05 Record results in RTAS audit MDA Rail Training have just successfully completed their annual audit with Rail Training Audit Services, with only 4 minor corrective actions which were closed out on the day of the audit. Ian Rowley (Training Manager) said today "I would like to thank all of the training department for their hard work in ensuring we passed this audit. This result is the best in the last 7 years, so this year we are going for zero corrective actions."

The new site contains a wealth of information on the company's various operating divisions.
