The Millbank Group 'Referral Scheme'            

Good people always seem to know other good people, that's why we place a high value on the recommendations we receive from our candidates.

We would like to think that we obtain referrals because the people who make them are themselves very happy with our recruitment service. However, even though recommendations may be made for entirely altruistic reasons, they have an important commercial value to us.

If you refer somebody to us and we subsequently place them*
we will reward you with £250 for each friend or colleague placed**!

**To qualify for payment,
permanent staff introductions must complete 12 weeks of work. Temporary/contract introductions must complete 350 hours on a single or concurrent assignment.
