The Credit Controller will report to the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for:

  • Managing client accounts by telephone and e-mail to ensure that cash is collected in an efficient manner in line with the agreed contractual credit terms
  • Engaging with our clients to build strong relationships utilising excellent communication skills
  • Liaising internally with consultants and managers to assist query resolution on problem accounts
  • Posting cash receipts to client accounts
  • Raising credit notes/invoices/journals
  • Month end reconciliation and close of sales ledger and production of finance reports

  • Handling queries and resolving problems within company guidelines and policy

We are hiring a Data Administrator to provide commercial and administrative support to the Operations team.

The Role

  • Input data into the internal Database (Troy) and manual records to keep the records up-to-date and accurate to agreed procedures and standards.
  • Quantify data, putting it into spreadsheets and tables in order for it to be easily understood by various teams within the business
  • Creation of data collection reports to collate business information for the production and communication of business stats
  • Process applications for the registration of new people

  • Upload job adverts across the specified mediums, ensuring high attention to detail and in a timely manner.
  • Send out rejection emails/letters for unsuccessful candidates
  • Ensure that all umbrella companies are compliant and conducting annual audits
  • Manage inflow of CV’s via watchdogs, job boards and the Millbank website
  • Typing, formatting and proof reading CV’s both new and updated to Millbank specification and format with high attention to detail and within the specified time scales.
  • Managing and monitoring the CV parser paying particular attention to duplicates and failed to scan
  • Managing and maintaining both the departmental staffing and admin requests inboxes effectively
  • Daily new candidate checks on Troy
  • Photocopying, binding, scanning, mailing and filing
  • Assist the Contractor Care team in updating and maintaining the client filing systems including electronic and paper files, ensuring the Directors and Business Managers have easy to access information and resources.
  • Flexibly support the Contractor Care Team according to work volumes e.g. answering candidate queries, on boarding processes
  • Screening calls ensuring unsolicited calls do not get through.
  • Deliver via e-mail accurate phone messages, with call back numbers, area codes, and correct names promptly and to the correct person.
