We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a Team. Applicants must be able to support Senior Managers and be able to show experience of that to date. You will be organised with excellent time management and IT skills. The ideal candidate will also have SAP.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Managers and the wider Team.
- Support the Team with any general IT issues including initial set up, printers etc.
- Schedule appointments and update calendar.
- Make travel arrangements for Senior Managers.
- Compose regular correspondence and store and retrieve technical documents.
- Develop and improve office policies and functions.
- Use SAP system specifically for purchasing duties.
- Create spreadsheets and assist in the production of Presentations.
