Administration cover required on busy Site to cover holidays. Please note both assignments are relatively short term holiday covers 2 weeks etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer calls, take deliveries to site, direct visitors and general administration support.
Experienced Administrator, confident telephone manner and ability work on own initiative if needed to.
Previous administration experience is essential – good IT skills including EXCEL.
