Order Handler – register all incoming orders in an efficient and timely manner. Enter all customer orders accurately onto the company system.

Check all confirmation orders, ensuring no duplicity and verifying entered order.
Handle all customer queries, whether external or internal, ensuring a prompt and professional response at all times.
Validate information on customer acknowledgement and invoices, before issue of same to customer and internal recipients.
Prepare information for 3rd party purchasing and liaise with the procurement department as necessary.
Place purchase orders on internal suppliers, monitoring delivery acknowledgements and modifying customer orders accordingly, bringing to attention of Management any serious supply delays.


Person Specification:
Applicants will have previous call logging and handling experience.
Providing excellent customer service and paying high regard to the customer and to detail.
Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills

Essential Experience: 
Educated to A level /ONC or equivalent – Ideally.
Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and computer related skills required.
SAP business software and use of CRM systems desirable – Ideally
