Experienced Administrator required to join HR Function.

This is an Administration role within a very busy HR & Recruitment Team.  Duties will involve organisation of interviews, sending confirmation letters, application forms, checking qualifications and certificates and registrations.  Reviewing and processing documentation.

Person Specification:
Applicants must be highly organised, paying attention to details at all times, be able to handle numerous projects at any one time.
The job involves detailed accurate reporting.  

Essential Experience: 
Previous Administration experience, perhaps within a Recruitment or HR field would be useful.
Excellent IT Skills – strong administration and experience of report generation etc.
