Part-time Reception/Administrator required to work 2-3 days per week – on going contract basis & with immediate start. Possibility of a permanent position.
This is a well-established company based in Widnes offering a friendly and professional environment.
Working 2-3 days per week (days to be agreed) you will answer and transfer calls, take and relay messages and deal with any visitors to site, offering refreshments etc. Other duties will involve general administration, some accounts and credit control type duties and general ordering of stock etc.
Applicants will ideally have some relevant experience – experience of Credit Control and general accounts etc. would be a distinct advantage but is not absolutely essential.
Applicants must be confident with a good telephone manner, a pro-active attitude, happy to work within a busy team and willing to take on and learn new tasks.
Essential Experience :
