HR Advisor – CIPD Qualified or working towards – to support HR Manager and Key Account Managers This role will involve some regional travel mostly can be done during the day with no need for overnight stays.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To Support HR Manager and Key managers in areas of Employee relations, learning and development, absence management, recruitment and selection, redundancy, performance management.
Ability to plan and organise, happy to travel regionally, ability to cope with pressure and setbacks, ability to present and deliver results
CIPD (or equivalent) Qualification or working toward.
Ideally graduate level.
Sound knowledge of employment law
At least two years generalist HR experience
Knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and absence management
Knowledge of TUPE (desirable)
Working with Trade Unions across multi sites (desirable)
