Experienced Administrator required for initial 6 month contract.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Working within busy Project Office, organisation of Meetings and Meeting rooms, distribution of documents and drawings, use of filing systems, administration and storage of contracts, creation of contract documentation, supporting busy team.  

Person Specification:

  • Experience within similar administration type function is essential.  The ability to organise and be accurate and methodical in work and to liaise at all levels. 

Essential Experience:

  • IT Skills required – good Microsoft Office skills including EXCEL and PowerPoint.
  • Along with the ability to work on bespoke systems to upload drawings etc.
  • Ideally applicants will have worked within other service industries such as water – although not essential.
