To provide professional PA, secretarial and business support to 2 Department Heads and their direct reporting team.
Acting as first point of contact, ensuring a professional approach dealing with members of the Board, Senior and Regional Managers.
Organising business meetings and training courses both internally and externally. Supporting the organisation of sales and marketing cycle meetings with Events and Conferences.
Organising travel arrangements – full PA duties.
Applicants should be methodical, accurate and highly organised with ability to manage different tasks and show excellent time management.
Essential Experience :
Applicants will need previous experience at either PA/Secretarial OR Senior Administration level with proven experience in supporting key staff.
Applicants will need excellent IT Skills including EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint.
