Administration Role – working within Document Control Function.
Collating and tracking incoming documents for review by staff, filing of submissions within document control systems, printing and setting up hard copy files and distributing to the team as required.
Maintenance of a spreadsheet Tracker to manage incoming and outgoing submissions.
Liaison with project team, client, and representatives of Outside/Third Parties as required.
This role does not require prior knowledge or experience of Document Control but rather an organised individual able to manage and control incoming and outgoing communications. The role would be an immediate start to run until end of September possibly longer.
Essential Experience :
Self-starter with good communication skills and IT Skills.
