Mechanical, Process and Electrical Engineering contracting company, looking to recruit for the above position

Process the company’s sales and purchase invoices in accordance with the accounting calendar
Maintain customer and supplier accounts, matching receipts and payments
Liaise with purchasing department and suppliers to progress and resolve purchase invoice queries
Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
General ledger work and transactional nominal analysis
Any other duties associated with a busy accounts office

Previous experience of working within an Accounts office environment
Outlook, Excel and Word Competent
Relevant training will be provided
Sage Line 50/200 and Construct are desirable but not essential
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Excel and Word etc.
