To complete HR administrator tasks which include recruitment, new start checks and Candidate on boarding.

Main Accountabilities

To work with Recruitment Business Partner and Line Managers to provide a full service for the recruitment and selection of employees.

To ensure all new starters who require a Fresenius Kabi DBS are compliant.  

To ensure all employees have a current signed employment contract.

To ensure no person is offered employment without proof of their right to work in the EU and an RAF.

To ensure all new starters have a minimum of two reference checks with one being from the last employer.

To ensure all employees have a valid driving licence where appropriate.

To ensure all new employees complete the HR induction.

To maintain detailed records and spreadsheets to monitor all stages of the recruitment and on boarding process.

To monitor and inform Managers when employee’s probation periods are due and ensure all correct documentation is completed.

To manage the employee leaver process including confirmation of resignation letter, planning exit interview & car checks and actioning leave on payroll system.

To maintain data regarding leavers and cost centres which support the Finance department.

To maintain the relationships with third party suppliers, e.g. Recruitment Agencies and DBS supplier.

Performance Measurement

Performance will be measure during one to one meetings and also during the Annual Performance Review document

Experience & Qualifications

Previous Admin experience required ideally in a HR or Recruitment setting.

Special circumstances/considerations

The job incumbent will be exposed to a high level of confidential/personal data including, remuneration, medical and appraisal of all employees. 

Up to date knowledge of professional and employment law details is a necessary part of the role to ensure that advice given to managers and employees is both accurate and appropriate.

Due to the nature of the role the incumbent will have contact with all level of employee tact, diplomacy and a professional manner is essential.
