Our client's Human Resources team form an integral part of the business. Working closely with stakeholders, they work to deliver a responsive and supportive HR function which enables the business to achieve challenging goals.

As Recruitment Manager you will work to promote corporate values and enable the business success through the delivery of best practice recruitment services to the business. As the business continues to grow to meet the challenges of our ambitious plans, ensuring the client has the right people at the right time is critical to future success.

In addition to acting as an ambassador for the HR team to the wider business, you will also provide role model leadership to the wider HR team with emphasis on professional and personal development.

Internal or on site experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage a recruitment team of six advisors and candidate resourcers to ensure the efficient delivery of recruitment services to the business
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Establish Service Level Agreements with key customers.
  • Educate, interpret and inform on all aspects of recruitment practices and procedures, ensuring compliance
  • Support the wider HR team in the people development, talent management and succession planning for client group
  • Ensure regular and reliable reporting on the recruitment activity is supplied to all stakeholders
  • Support and educate Hiring Managers whilst building and maintaining good business relationships with all stakeholders
