Shipping Administrator – dealing with shipping documentation on a daily basis for a major exporter.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with shipping documentation on a daily basis with progression to Letters of Credit shipments.
  • Preparing all necessary Export Documentation including EUR 1, Cert of Origin and other certificates in regards to shipping including an understanding of legislative requirements, ensuring 100% accuracy of documentation.
  • Providing high quality customer service to all clients ensuring effective and customer focused correspondence.
  • Liaise with transport providers as necessary.  

Person Specification:

  • We are looking for candidates who have the ability to prioritise workloads to strict deadlines and have a good attention to detail.
  • Applicants will need a flexible outlook and the desire to work well with a busy Team – assisting Team members when their own time permits to ensure that deadlines are met and the Team works together.   

Essential Experience: 

  • Ideally applicants will have relevant shipping or export/letters of credit experience.
