Job Purpose: To work with the Sales Regions to develop and deliver a sales order plan that ensures manufacturing lead times are secured, and therefore the on time delivery of cars to customers. Delivery of sales plan reporting and metrics that allows clarity of performance to date and year to go to the business.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Develop sales order plan and issue to the Sales Regions
• Coordinate receipt of sales orders from the Regions and timely processing to Manufacturing
• Develop monthly forecast process and the link into weekly sales plan and Manufacturing build plan
• Maintain current and develop future Reporting Suite for Sales Operations
• Accurate and timely forecast (and budget) data loaded into Cognos system
• Be the central point of contact for all business requests regarding sales and production data
• Supply data and reports for S&OP and Board presentations

Qualifications and Experience:
• Strong numerate/analytical skills.  Fully conversant with word, excel and power point.  Working knowledge of VBA.
• Demand planning and forecasting experience
• Commercial degree required
• Experience of sales operations within an automotive context (or related industry)
• Excellent people skills; confident and outgoing, able to interact credibly and develop relationships with senior Aston Martin Manager / Directors, regional teams, senior dealership staff, suppliers, agencies, financial institutions
• Commercial negotiation and decision making experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, reliable, positive and enthusiastic, with a flexible and adaptable approach to tasks
• Must portray an image to both dealers and third parties commensurate with the Aston Martin brand
• High attention to detail, accuracy and repeatability in data reporting
• Manipulation of large quantities of disparate data
• Team player that actively seeks opportunities to develop self and wider team
• Cognos experience preferable but not essential
