An opportunity is available for a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to assist in the delivery of the Associated Developments related to a large construction project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To manage the design, development, procurement and delivery of 4 associated developments related to a large construction project. The Associated Developments are project wide and the workstream lead will need to interface with other Client functional areas, namely the Planning, Technical Oversight and Construction Oversight throughout the stages of the project lifecycle.

  • Adherence to architectural strategy, devised to support the DCO application;
