An Administrator is needed to join a large and very busy HR team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Duties will involve dealing with advertising and recruitment:

  • The management of all recruitment administration, organising interviews and sending confirmation letters and application forms.
  • Dealing with right to work in the UK checks, checking qualifications, certificates and registrations.
  • Taking out references, raising offers and starter and bank details. 
  • Reviewing & processing documentation etc, often working to deadlines.

Person Specification:

  • Applicants will need to be accurate and methodical, highly organised and with good IT skills.
  • The ability to produce spreadsheets etc. with very detailed information. 

Essential Experience: 

  • Ideally candidates will have previous HR or Recruitment administration experience.
  • Excellent IT Skills including word & EXCEL and the ability work methodically and accurately to high standards.
