A permanent opportunity is available for a Team Administrator to support the project team, based in Bristol.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administrational support                   
  • Manage multiple diaries and emails on behalf of director(s) and senior team leads
  • Co-ordinate meetings, apologies and responses. Organise any agendas and presentations action and record any minutes and distribute
  • Organise events/workshops
  • Distributing internal and external mail
  • Preparation of reports & documents internally and externally using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Co-ordinate IT requirements for new starters and the wider teams - (Laptop, email accounts, mobile phones, BMS). Report any site related IT problems to helpdesk
  • Supporting the on-boarding process for new employees. Manage Day 1 inductions and verify HR documentation
  • Dealing with sensitive HR information
  • Champion Roles for CITB
  • Health and Safety. Update the team training matrix, CSCS, OEI tours, Yellow Jacket
  • Co-ordinate on any training requirements
  • Update the SharePoint site
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
  • Ensure all staff have complete and regularly update their staff home page
  • Co-ordinate and manage all security/vetting
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate for this post

Person Specification:

  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

Essential Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience of IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated typing skills/ability
  • Proven relevant experience in an Office Management or Senior Administrator capacity
  • Previous working within a project team/office environment
