They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive BIM Coordinator who would report directly to their BIM Manager, providing coordination services to a number of project teams throughout the office as well as assisting the BIM Manager with other BIM related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The BIM Coordinator will be expected to:

  • Create and maintain project specific BIM Execution Plans
  • Create Federated Navisworks Model and generate Clash Reports
  • Lead BIM Kick-Off meetings and attend DTMs where required
  • Assist in the creation and management of Common Data Environments
  • Support the generation of BIM required deliverables, exports and data drops
  • Assist in creating Revit content on demand
  • Assist in modelling of complex interfaces and elements
  • Assist the BIM manager in research, purchase and deployment of BIM related hardware and software
  • Provide on the project support and training
  • Identify areas of potential efficiency gain
  • Monitor QA compliancy on projects and models

Person Specification:

Potential candidates will be expected to have:

  • An in depth working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  • Be self-motivated and able to take responsibility for their own workload
  • Have good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
