HR Co-Ordinator


Role: Our client a leading engineering service provider has an immediate requirement for a HR Coordinator to join the onsite engineering team for the preparation and delivery of the scheduled planned Turnaround.

Key activities:


  • Support with the Recruitment of blue and white collar workforce in line with the TAR recruitment forecast.
  • Liaising with other regions to determine resource availability and arranging transfers
  • Liaise with head office to ensure accurate labour allocations in HR and payroll
  • Ensuring the correct competencies are in place during recruitment
  • Develop a blue collar substitutes bench, to ensure the correct level of resource throughout the TAR

On boarding

  • Developing an on boarding process for all new employees and employees transferred from other locations
  • Development of a competency training matrix in line with the client requirements
  • Assisting with the coordination of pre-employment D&A testing


  • Assist with development of the welfare agreement
  • Assist with HR and IR issues
  • Issuing individual notices during down man
  • Assisting with consultations during down manning
  • Coordinating personal performance assessments for all personnel at the end of the event
  • Updating HR records to incorporate performance assessments

Competency & Training

  • Development of a competency training matrix in line with the client requirements
  • Arranging all training and maintaining accurate training records


  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles
  • CIPD Qualified preferred but not essential.
