We have an immediate opportunity within our HR & Internal Recruitment Team for an experienced HR Administrator for a part time role. We are looking for someone who has previous HR experience and who has a proactive and innovative approach to their work.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting the HR Manager with recruitment and day to day HR administration, plus the assistance in roll out and implementation of HR Projects.

What to expect

  • Recruitment - actively involved in the recruitment, selection & Induction of employees.
  • Responsible for posting adverts and managing the initial screening process of candidates to ensure relevant short lists of candidates are passed to Business Managers in a timely manner.
  • On-boarding New Starters including Induction Plans and all contractual matters, references, and other internal checks required along with the up keep of personnel files.
  • Ensure the HR Records and database (Tensor) are kept up to date
  • Assist in the delivery and implementation of HR Projects

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Human Resource Practice Foundation Diploma CIPD Level 3 - desirable
  • Proactive - strong creative problem solving skills. Creates innovative solutions
  • Team working - need to be able to build strong bonds with internal colleagues across a range of functions
  • Emotional intelligence - high levels of interpersonal skills.
  • Strong character - not afraid to have the difficult conversations internally and externally,

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, organisational & time management skills
  • Proficient Computer skills (all aspects of Microsoft Office)

This is a part-time role. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm however, working hours can be flexible to suit.
