We have an immediate opportunity within our Technical team in Runcorn, Cheshire for an organised, motivated Contractor Care Administrator to ensure compliance in line with legal regulations and client requirements.

As a busy recruitment agency, it’s essential that we deliver a great service to the contractors working on our behalf. That’s why we need an enthusiastic, personable and diligent Contractor Care Administrator to ensure offer letters, contracts and all relevant paperwork is processed promptly and most importantly accurately.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Input data promptly and accurately, keeping records up-to-date and ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Generating offer letters and contracts for consultants within specified time scales.
  • Logging and scanning identification documents, contracts, job specifications and purchase orders.
  • Processing contract extensions and amendments.

What we’re looking for:

  • IT literate – Excellent Microsoft Word skills and working knowledge of Excel
  • Highly organised and self-motivated to work to deadlines
  • Assertive and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Ideally someone with recruitment industry experience, but not essential
