Due to increased demand from our clients, we are growing our Built Environment recruitment team. You will manage and develop your own desk and are tasked with managing the full 360 recruitment process.

The Role

Millbank has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its existing professional team.

Reporting into the Business Manager you will manage and develop your own desk and are tasked with managing the full 360 recruitment process your responsibilities will include:

  • Source high calibre candidates; attract candidates through adverts and social media.
  • Develop and manage relationship with the Clients, understand the Client’s organisation plans and long and short term objectives.
  • Be forward thinking; Seek and generate new business opportunities
  • Use your planning and organisation skills to effectively manage your candidate database
  • Identify candidate suitability, through pre-interview, qualification verification, understanding the job requirement
  • Familiar with current employment and inland revenue legislation.

A highly motivated competitive individual, would fit well into the team. Experience in recruitment would be a distinct advantage, however, we are also interested to hear from people within the built environment industry.
