One such newer recruit is Ben Usher, who joined Millbank as a Recruitment Consultant in our Built Environment & Infrastructure team in June 2016, having previously spent several years at Reeds Rains as an Estate Agent.
Ben has been an avid runner since childhood, and has amassed an impressive collection of medals from his seven marathons, eight half marathons and one triathlon (so far), as well as Tough Mudder.
He’s even hoping to set a new world record during a marathon in the coming year, so watch this space to find out what his record attempt actually is and if he manages to achieve it.
