JOB POSTING TERMS
(A) Job Adverts posted must be done so by complying with:
(1) All relevant local, and national discrimination acts from the county of post origin
(2) On the basis that the posting company and individual takes full responsibility and liability for any and all content within that posting.
(B) Same conditions apply for jobs posted via third party systems and will be deemed to have been posted directly by that company.
(C) At no time will vacancies contain information created and inserted with the aim of manipulating the search results including the insertion of multiple locations and or keywords or job titles within the vacancy text.
(D) No external links or email addresses will be permitted within the vacancy text.
(E) Millbank Group will take all reasonable steps to inform clients of a potential breach.
(F) Failure to adhere to all or any single Job Posting term can result in termination of any and all agreements currently in place to use any sites within the Millbank Group or associated websites or companies.
CV SEARCH TERMS
(A) No third party technology or scraping is allowed to access the internal database including for the purpose of CV harvesting or any other data capturing.
(B) All candidate communication must be done so with the view of finding successful employment for the individual job seeker.
(C) No information received as a result of any CV search will be sold, given or passed to any third party or used cross company and is strictly to be used by the company who is subscribed to the CV Search service.
(D) Millbank Group enforces a fair use download policy and Millbank Group can at any time amend the policy to a strict download limit for any single client without warning.
Failure to adhere to all or any single CV Search term can result in termination of any and all agreements currently in place to for use on any sites within the Millbank Group or associated websites or companies.
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
