Searching for the perfect candidate?
We can assist
Engineered from a combination of industry knowledge, recruitment expertise and sound strategy, Millbank Group has led the way in providing specialist recruitment solutions for more than 30 years.
Since our beginnings in 1985, we have been the trusted recruitment partner for many prestigious companies across a wide range of key sectors, including:
Our history began back in 1985 as a specialist provider of white collar professional solutions within the project management field, with the company comprising of specialists with extensive engineering experience.
From the very start, we strived to be the best in our discipline and with our vast engineering expertise behind us, recognised a shift in the engineering jobs market. Traditionally, many companies at the time relied upon static workforces, which brought about financial risks to employers through increased overheads and ultimately often resulted in redundancies and skills shortages.
Our foresight meant we recognised the need for more agile workforces so that organisations of different sizes could remain competitive and reduce their overheads at the same time. Our solutions led to us playing a key role in a range of big projects, including at Sellafield, Sizewell Power Station and the construction of the Channel Tunnel.
In 1995, we acquired the MDA Group of companies to complement our skills - opening our expertise up to include civil, structural, mechanical, piping and process engineering. It was from this holding group that Millbank, as we know it today, was born.
From there our expertise has only increased, with active involvement and a deep understanding in a range of other sectors as they have grown, including oil, gas, energy, nuclear, pharmaceutical, automotive, rail, and many more. As these sectors inevitably change, we keep our finger firmly on the pulse to ensure we understand the recruitment requirements of employers.
For companies looking for assistance meeting their recruitment requirements, we provide bespoke permanent and contract staffing solutions - from one-off senior level appointments through to large recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) contracts. We also provide managed services, and partner with leading software providers to complement what we are able to offer clients.
Our extensive network of clients and candidates means we’re knowledgeable, flexible, competitive and in a prime position to keep you at the forefront of your industry.
