His expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, PLCs, SCADA, DCS and more, has solidified his position as one of the UK's leading recruitment professionals in these areas.

Sean joined Millbank in 2016 to originally head up our Built Environment and Infrastructure Division. This quickly evolved into him building a team and supporting clients across the project lifecycle from Engineering & Design, Planning & Procurement, and Construction through to Commissioning.

With his extensive background in Technical Engineering and Construction Recruitment, Sean brings a deep understanding of these industries to our clients.

His energy, tenacity, and client-centered approach have made him a trusted advisor for some of the largest engineering and construction companies in the UK.

Now as a Director, Sean’s focus is to ensure the teams provide best-in-class recruitment solutions focusing on client and business development, training, systems and supporting compliance.

He is committed to supporting new consultants in reaching their full potential and for clients to get the recruitment service and solution they need to grow their business.

Melanie Lunt

As our Group Finance Director, Melanie brings over 25 years of experience and a CIMA qualification to her role.

She has worked in leading financial positions across various sectors, including nuclear energy and security, chemical, utilities, pharmaceutical research and development, FMCG, and security and surveillance.

Melanie's expertise lies in the development and management of financial systems and processes, reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and decision support.

She is a skilled communicator who fosters financial awareness across the organisation and strives to develop internal financial systems that align with the needs of our business teams and stakeholders.

David Hopley

Our Managing Director has been an intrinsic part of Millbank since 1989.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, David's career path led him to specialise in all levels of Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines across various industries.

In 1995, he played a pivotal role in the formation of the Millbank Group through acquisitions and the development of new business divisions in the rail and automotive industries.

As our Group Managing Director, David continues to work alongside his leadership team to provide quality-driven services to our clients.

His strategic vision and commitment to growth have played a crucial role in shaping Millbank's success.
