Responsible for the safety performance of the supporting contractor staff Delivers morning safety team talks and implements site safety procedures Coordinates the efficient execution of the weekly tankage schedule for the tanks responsible for Allocates work to the contractor workforce.

Principal Accountabilities:

The maintenance Coordinator is responsible for:-
Coordinates the efficient execution of the weekly tankage schedule
Develops plans for any emergent work and incorporates this work into the daily plans for contractors minimising impact on the schedule.
Ensures efficient completion of tankage activities and manages the interface between service providers as works progress into the various phases of delivery.
Responsible for timely management and delivery of the tank CAIR process to ensure Zero overdue
Monitors progress against scope and target completion and reports status to the relevant stakeholders
Supports Tankage lanner to ensure the completion of GSAO task lists upon completion of work
Submits data for the site KPI’s
Ensures that safe working practices are followed by team
Liaise and assist with the Tankage Head of Maintenance/Tankage Capex program manager to ensure that site initiatives and strategies are implemented.
Assist the Tankage Head of Maintenance/Tankage Capex program manager in the process of cost control.
Ensures that the maintenance quality procedures and standard are always adhered to
Manage all out of hours work in line with site working time directive.

Key Challenges:
The tank maintenance coordinator is instrumental in ensuring that the agreed maintenance schedule is delivered and that any emergent work is prioritised and managed in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner.
To deliver feedback Tankage Head of Maintenance on the standard of completed works.
To highlight success and identify any possible improvements

Job Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competence:
Completed recognised engineering apprenticeship
NVQ Level 3, C&G or HNC (Or any other internal assessment or experience)
Minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship experience
Communication Skills
IT Skills such as Microsoft Office
Authorised Engineer (or working towards)
An appreciation of GSAP, CCES, AIM, (Not Essential)
PCR Engineering Nominee
