Experienced Customer Services staff – Fluency essential in either of the following listed in preference order: Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish – along with excellent command of English.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Full Customer Services representative role using language skills.
  • Ensuring that customer experience and needs are paramount within busy operation.
  • This role will interact with Sales, Planning, and Logistics & Finance.
  • Often working to deadlines and prioritising throughout the day.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to liaise at all levels and work under pressure of time constraints.
  • The ability to problem solve and see a problem through to satisfactory solution.
  • The ability to build strong relationships within business.
  • A methodical approach, paying attention to details.

Essential Experience:

  • Fluency essential in either Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish with excellent command of English.
  • 1 years + experience in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience in the supply chain function – a distinct advantage.
  • SAP – a distinct advantage.
  • Chemical sector knowledge is a distinct advantage.
