Job Purpose The Company is currently undergoing and exciting period of renewal and growth. This has provided a rare opportunity to join our HR team on a six month contract. The team require a capable and effective Recruitment professional to facilitate the delivery of quality recruitment during this exciting and busy time. Reporting to the Senior Manager Human Resources, the Senior Recruitment Advisor will work as part of the HR team to coordinate the recruitment process for vacancies both temporary and permanent across the Company’s business.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Working with our business partners, the Senior Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of timely and robust recruitment.  Managing competing demands while balancing business needs with a quality process are paramount.
  • Our recruitment process encompasses all the traditional features of a recruitment process:  search, selection and qualification.  We work closely with a number of suppliers to assist with the sourcing of difficult to fill technical roles and also endeavour to directly source those individuals who reflect the Company’s values.
  • The Hiring Managers within our business are technically astute and creative individuals driving teams to deliver excellence.  Recruiting the right person at the right time is key to their success and we work closely with them to ensure that success.
  • Our recruitment systems and processes are developing and we have flexibility and nimbleness to be able to change and improve our model as we work with the business.
