Administrator with strong EXCEL skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Working through complaints and logging them to various spreadsheets and systems.  This position requires a person who is good with EXCEL and accurate.  There is no direct contact with the customer – all the work is administration related and involves updating information on a number of systems.  Applicants will need the ability to move from one system to another and process accurate information – updating details and numerical serial numbers etc.

Person Specification:

Ability to work accurately and quickly within various systems and attention to details is paramount.

Essential Experience:

Ideally the person will have worked within QA or within healthcare, medical environment although not essential.
