Customer Services Representative – very busy Export Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Focal point of customers placing orders, understanding the customer needs and handling orders in an accurate and timely manner to ensure their needs are met on time and in full.
  • Ensure enhanced customer service is achieved using SAP for order processing.
  • Responsible for good working relationships between commercial colleagues to ensure effective response to customer needs and enquiries. 

Person Specification:

  • Strong problem solving, prioritising and multi-tasking capability
  • Well-developed IT/Numeracy skills; Good knowledge of SAP/Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to challenge others to find the best solution.
  • Comfortable working in a demanding environment, target oriented 


Essential Experience: 

  • Ideal applicants will have EXPORT knowledge including Letters of Credit. 
  • And at least 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role. 
  • SAP desired
