Our client are looking for a Lead Proposals Engineer to lead, motivate and manage part of the proposal team to deliver winning proposals in focus discipline(s) to support business strategy. The will be responsible for supporting proposal department systems and structure to work efficiently and effectively.

10+ years proposal and estimating experience (or similar)
3+ years of white collar personnel management
Experience includes contracting in areas such as oil & gas, nuclear, utilities, power
