Contractor Care Administrator

Role

Millbank has an immediate opportunity within our Technical team for an organised, motivated Contractor Care Administrator on a full time basis, to ensure compliance in line with legal regulations and client requirements.

As a busy recruitment agency, it’s essential that we deliver a great service to the contractors working on our behalf. That’s why we need an enthusiastic and diligent Contractor Care Administrator to ensure offer letters, contracts and all relevant paperwork is processed promptly and accurately.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Input data promptly and accurately, keeping records up-to-date and ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Generating offer letters and contracts for consultants within specified time scales.
  • Logging and scanning identification documents, contracts, job specifications and purchase orders.
  • Processing contract extensions and amendments.
  • What we’re looking for:
  • IT literate – familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly organised and self-motivated to work to deadlines
  • Assertive and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team player
