Construction work is underway in Runcorn on a £23m office site for Inovyn ChlorVinyls.

The four-storey building, intended to accommodate 475 employees, was designed by Michael Laird and is being built by BAM Construction.

Inovyn is owned by chemicals giant Ineos, whose staff are currently scattered across multiple buildings in its Runcorn complex. The new building will bring the staff together in one location just off Bankes’ Lane.

The building is designed and specified to a very high standard and will feature amenities for staff including a wellbeing centre, restaurant and breakout areas.
